His private wealth management practice, Senior Partners, LLC, was founded in 2003.  Prior to founding Senior Partners, Noel built and sold a regional FMO (field marketing organization) with 70 employees and 120 financial advisors.

Noel travels the world as a missionary for World Hope Ministries International, where he serves as Provost & Associate Director of the Bible Institute . He serves as Chairman of the Houston Advisory Council for the adult rehabilitation center of the Salvation Army.  Noel is also a member of the Board of Visitors of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He is a husband and father, an avid bass fisherman and bird hunter, and a winning baseball coach.  He lives with his family in Houston, Texas.
